About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a Student Services and Reception Officer to join our Corporate team at our Springfield campus.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating student absentee processes, ensuring all absences are accurately recorded and accounted for, while providing high-quality administrative and frontline support to students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students with movement throughout the day including late arrivals, signing out and general enquires.
Ensure accurate roll information is collected and maintained
Assist in providing Provide first aid and medical care for students, with appropriate documentation including dispensing medication to students
Support with managing first aid supplies, first aid kits, first aid room & equipment, defibrillators, first aid replacement, purchasing, etc.
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure capture of student health and medical information (parents, staff, counsellors, head of sub-schools, exceptional learning leaders, etc.)
Manage parent inquiries and provide student support as required

Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to students, parents, and staff
Demonstrated understanding of student absenteeism processes
Ability to provide appropriate first aid and medical support to students
Foster a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all students
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the College’s Christian ethos and values
